Resource Exchange

The Goal:
Connect a person who has a "Need" with a neighbor who has a "Surplus" (whether that surplus is a physical item, a skill, or time).

The Benefit:
It reduces the "cash barrier" and keeps the local economy (and security) moving through mutual aid.
